FAQ Friday: Weekly AEO Strategy
One question. One answer page. One Instagram Reel. Every Friday.
FAQ Friday is a weekly content rhythm that builds AI citation authority and Instagram engagement simultaneously. Each week, one high-intent conversational question is answered on the website (as a new /answers page) and repurposed as an Instagram Reel. Over time, this creates a compounding library of AI-citable content that drives organic traffic, builds E-E-A-T, and keeps the Instagram feed active with educational content.
How It Works

Pick the Question
Choose one high-intent conversational question from the queue below. Prioritize questions that patients actually ask at consultations, questions appearing in Google's 'People Also Ask', and questions that ChatGPT/Claude currently answer poorly or without a local source.

Write the Answer Page
Create a new /answers page following the established template: Direct Answer box (the format AI systems pull from), 4 body sections, 4 FAQs with FAQPage JSON-LD, MedicalWebPage schema with author attribution, BreadcrumbList schema, and a conversion CTA linking to the relevant service page.

Record the Reel
Film a 30–60 second Instagram Reel answering the same question. Format: hook (the question itself), direct answer (first 5 seconds), brief explanation (20–40 seconds), CTA ('Link in bio for the full answer'). Use the Direct Answer box text as the script foundation.

Cross-Link
Add the new answer page to the /answers hub index. Link to it from the most relevant existing service page. Add it to the Header 'Wellness Answers' dropdown if it's a top-priority topic.

Track and Iterate
After 4 weeks, review which answer pages are getting organic traffic and which Reels are getting saves/shares. Double down on the topics that perform — create follow-up questions, Spanish versions, and deeper dives.

Start every Reel with the exact question as text on screen and spoken aloud. This matches how people search and how AI systems index content.
Direct answer in first 5 seconds
Don't tease. Give the answer immediately. Saves and shares come from people who got value fast, not from people who waited.
Use the Direct Answer box text as your script
The Direct Answer box on each /answers page is written to be cited by AI systems — it's also the perfect 15-second Reel script. Read it verbatim or paraphrase it.
CTA: 'Full answer at the link in bio'
Every Reel ends with a CTA pointing to the full answer page. This drives website traffic and signals to Instagram that your content has a destination.
Caption = the Direct Answer box text
Copy the Direct Answer box text into the Instagram caption. This creates a second indexed version of the answer and makes the post useful even without watching the video.
Spanish-Language AEO
A significant portion of the Hunter's Creek and Kissimmee patient population is Spanish-speaking. The highest-value answer pages should have Spanish versions at /es/answers/[slug]. Priority topics: semaglutide sin seguro (semaglutide without insurance), síntomas de la menopausia (menopause symptoms), terapia hormonal en Orlando (HRT in Orlando), pérdida de peso médica en Orlando (medical weight loss in Orlando). Spanish Reels also perform well on Instagram for this audience.
