Marc Pierre-Louis
Founder & CEO · Family Nurse Practitioner, Board-Certified
Marc has been a nurse practitioner since 2011, bringing over 15 years of advanced clinical experience to every patient encounter. His career began in the Emergency Room (2007–2011), where he developed a sharp, fast-thinking clinical foundation under pressure.
After earning his FNP-BC, Marc spent 7 years in cardiology — managing complex heart conditions, arrhythmias, and chronic cardiovascular disease — followed by 2 years in neurology, treating patients with neurological disorders and complex CNS conditions. He then transitioned into inpatient internal medicine, practicing at virtually every major hospital in Central Florida, including AdventHealth, Orlando Health, and HCA facilities.
Since 2018, Marc has also incorporated substance abuse management into his practice — providing medication-assisted treatment and recovery support, reflecting his belief that true wellness means addressing the whole person, not just physical symptoms.
Through years of watching patients struggle with weight, fatigue, hormonal decline, and chronic inflammation inside the traditional healthcare system, Marc developed a deep, personal passion for medical weight loss — particularly GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy — as a transformative tool that changes lives, not just numbers on a scale.
His passion extends into Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), where he has seen firsthand how optimizing testosterone, estrogen, and thyroid levels restores energy, mental clarity, libido, and overall quality of life for both men and women who had simply been told their labs were "normal."
Marc is also a strong advocate for regenerative medicine — including stem cell therapy and peptide protocols — believing that the future of healthcare lies in harnessing the body's own healing intelligence to repair, restore, and optimize from the inside out. In 2022, he founded Rejuvenate & Wellness Center to bring all of these passions together under one roof.
Tamara Alicea-Nieves

Tamara Alicea-Nieves, FNP-BC is a bilingual (English/Spanish) board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the Co-Founder and COO of Rejuvenate & Wellness Center. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Tamara brings a deep cultural understanding and genuine connection to Orlando's Hispanic and Spanish-speaking community.
Tamara's clinical foundation was built in family practice and women's health, where she developed a passion for helping women navigate the often-overlooked hormonal transitions of perimenopause, menopause, and beyond. She has seen firsthand how hormonal imbalance quietly steals energy, mood, libido, and quality of life — and how targeted, evidence-based intervention restores it.
Her expertise extends into medical weight management, where she works with patients on GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy (semaglutide, tirzepatide) and personalized metabolic protocols — combining clinical precision with the lifestyle coaching that makes results last.
Tamara is also deeply invested in regenerative medicine and aesthetic wellness — including peptide protocols, NAD+ therapy, and non-invasive body contouring — believing that looking and feeling your best are not vanity goals, but markers of genuine health.
As COO, Tamara ensures that every patient who walks through the doors of Rejuvenate & Wellness Center — regardless of language or background — receives the same exceptional, personalized care. She is the reason our Spanish-speaking patients feel truly heard.
